I don’t like the King (who is definitely NOT MY KING), but I do like the portrait. Liked it from the very first time I saw it. Bold, striking — & all that red (not to mention the butterfly). I have been meaning to write about it & rave, but it got away from me. I did not know of the artist, but looked him up. I need to get to know him better. Obviously, very talented & clever.

I am livid about this vandalism. I hate any art to be tampered with. Putting these stickers will damage the surface of the paint. It might just be miniscule, but DAMAGE nonetheless. So, I am not happy.

Had to have been an inside job. See the camera guy ALL SET & smiling. No security? Come on. This is NOT CRICKET.
