This was a fancy, 2-page POP-UP political mailer.

As you should be able to read it is COMPLAINING about RECKLESS SPENDING.

Well, this pop-up mailer couldn’t have been cheap.

In my eyes it is a classic example of RECKLESS SPENDING.
