Even though the ‘WMUR‘ morning news coverage only had grainy pictures from the night (& incorrectly stated the address as ‘Varney Road‘) I immediately knew what house it was & WHO lived there.
The shooting happened at ‘5 Varney Point Road, Left‘.
I lived at ‘4 Varney Point Road, Left‘ (from 2001 to 2007) & further up the SAME road at ‘84 Varney Point Road, Left‘ (from 1999 to 2001). So, I knew that road well.
This was when I was actively doing business around the world & that address often solicited questions & remarks.
There are 3 roads: ‘Varney Point Road‘, ‘Varney Point Road, Left‘ & ‘Varney Point Road, Right‘. The road splits into Left & Right. That it was named as such rather than West, East, North or South was what got most intrigued. Appears that using Left & Right is by no means common.

We had a suicide over there in 2006!
Then a major fire …
A lot happens on that road. Plus, since we moved they have developed it like crazy, every INCH. I couldn’t live there now. Way too congested.
