I had not been there in 15 years. Yes, my last visit was in 2007. So, there had been some changes & I was even a bit fuzzy on exactly where they were — though I did end up (to my delight) going to the right building.
I was blown away by the courtesy, helpfulness & kindness of the ‘Register’ & her staff. Wow. They went beyond ‘Great Serviced with a Smile’. I had not experienced that level of service & care in months. They are a credit to the County.
They made sure that it was a very positive & pleasant experience. Made my day.
