Pretty amazing what you can do these days with a ‘Pixel 8 Pro‘. These were ALL handheld — using ‘Night Sight‘. I still have two cameras, a ‘Fuji‘ & ‘Nikon‘, & they can’t eve come close to matching this. No wonder I don’t even bother to use them.
Amazing. Just amazing. I am in awe of my phone. Just wish I knew how to use it properly. SMILE. AI confounds I.

This was LAST NIGHT (Thursday) not to be confused with the pictures I took on Wednesday night. Yes, they are more or less identical. Yes, it was from the exact same spot.
The comet had moved — a bit more to the north, and was slightly higher up.
It wasn’t as bright as it had been the night before. Not sure why. But, I enjoyed seeing it. Always an honor. SMILE.

We know he is shameless and incredibly avaricious. He and Trump are peas from the same pod — twins separated at birth. He was groveling at Trump’s feet (& at his beck & call) all night yesterday at the 2024 ‘Al Smith‘ dinner. It would have been mildly funny if it hadn’t been so sad.
Yes, Dolan would part with a few pinkies to part of Trump’s inner circle. That is the lifestyle he craves for. Trump likes him — because he grovels, shamelessly.
He probably could make him his U.S. Ambassador to the Vatican — and give him a big salary and perks. Dolan would think he was the cat’s whiskers.
Maybe Trump might shock us all and appoint Dolan to his cabinet — maybe as ‘Secretary of Child Welfare and Protector of Female Reproductive Rights‘. We are in for so much fun.
Pity the poor, crippled pope is too senile to watch TV. Wonder what he would have thought watching Dolan — BUT, then again, the pope isn’t capable of much cognitive processing these days. He probably wouldn’t recall Dolan’s name. He, with luck, might have worked out that Dolan was a cardinal from his red sash. But, then again. Poor pope.
